There once was a boy who loved a girl. He couldn't stop thinking about her. The girls’ parents were against the relationship. The kids didn’t care. They just wanted to be together more than anything. Their plan was to run away and get married. Just one more year and they’d be legal. It was so close but yet so far. Soon the pair could live in happiness. All she needed to get by would be his love. If only the time could go past faster. That seemed like forever.

Button Description
The other day as I was walking down the street I noticed a small object lying on the ground. I walked over and picked it up. It was a three dimensional object in the shape of a circle. It was the beautiful color of light turquoise. The object had a few tiny black and green specks on it. On the bottom there was a tiny piece to put string through. Around the edges it seemed to look like mountains. The edges went up and down all around it. In the center there were many tiny squares to make a scale – like texture.

Yesterday, as I walking down the street, I passed numerous people and began to wonder what their stories were. What were their lives like compared to mine? I thought it would be interesting to get inside just a few peoples heads to see what else was out there in the world.
The first person I noticed was an older woman who looked like she had sadness in her eyes. Just looking at her you wouldn’t haven known that she was actually a betrayed lover. Although you could read the sadness on her face, you couldn’t have possibly just looked at her and know the reason for that sadness. I could oddly see the story clearly. She had once been in love a man. They spent every waking moment together and it felt like the love was mutual. One day she walked in on him and her best friend. Her best friend was man named Mike.

The second person I saw was obviously a drunk. The man was already indisposed at 2:00 in the afternoon. I wondered the reasoning behind. I don’t think he woke up one and thought, “ I want to become a drunk”. Then I saw his story clearly. He had been in the war and shortly after he got home his house caught on fire. He lost his wife and two children and now drinks his life away to, what he thinks, forget his problems.

The next person I saw was a choirboy named Elliott. He was rushing around and looked very suspicious. His story was quite unique. Although he was only 17 he was having a secret affair with the pastors wife. No one knew. Not even his best friend Alex.
The final person was an abusive bully. He was about 12 years old. He beat up everyone in school who even gave him a odd look. No one knew that the reason this boy, Erik, was so aggressive was because of the way he was raised. His father beat him regularly so Erik just figured that was the way of letting out his anger.

Sick and Tired

I've been out of school for a while so I don't have the color thingy done yet, therefore I can't right a haiku. So I'll just write about how stressed I am because I have SO much stuff to make up. freaking mono sucks. I fell asleep at 2 a.m. last night and woke up at 4:30 a.m. and couldn't get back to sleep. I'm soooo tired. Plus it doesn't help that the mono makes me tired. And my mom was being a word I can't write on here and made me get up. Ughhh.
